FWE's LCH-4-LV is designed to accommodate a variety of trays and pans. Simply load the cabinet with your uncooked product and FWE's LCH series will take it from there. Designed to fully cook your meal and automatically switch from cook mode to hold mode. Your food will be hot and fresh when you need it.

The LCH-4-LV will hold (1) 18x26 sheet tray or (2) 12x20 hotel pans per tray slide. Tray slides are fully adjustable and removable. For easy tray adjustment the uprights have been punched at 1.5" spacing. Cabinets can also be equipped with optional wire shelves for added flexibility. The LCH-4-LV comes equipped with (4) pair of tray slides and will accommodate (4) 18x26 trays or (8) 12x20 pans at 3" spacing.

The "LCH Series" Cook and Hold Oven features FWE's heavy-duty all stainless steel construction and is fully insulated. Welded construction and our exclusive tubular stainless steel base frame ensure that this cook and hold oven will withstand the most demanding use.

Gentle air circulation cooks food with natural browning - no browning agents are required. Juices are retained inside the meats, reducing product shrinkage. Vegetables retain their rich color and nutrition. Breads, rolls, deserts, brown evenly for a golden presentation.

The control panel is simple and easy to use. The controls are precise and accurate. You can choose to cook by temperature probe or you can cook by time.
