Proofer / Heater Cabinets - Non-Insulated - 18" x 26" Trays and Pans
Two cabinets in one! Dual-purpose cabinets proof and heat - eliminating costly duplication of equipment.
FWE's heavy-duty ETC-1826-PH Series hold 18" x 26" trays. Cabinets are insulated on the left wall and door for greater heat retention than NON-insulated cabinets.The high performance proofer heat system combines heat and humidity to proof or hold your food. The power assembly is also built into the cabinet to reduce maintenance and cleaning costs.
Our internal frame construction is designed for rigorous operations and environments, including catering and transport applications.

C-UL-US mark indicates a product meets the UL and CSA testing standards for both the United States and Canada.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.
If you think of NSF International classification as protection for your customers, then the mark of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) indicates safety for those who work in your commercial kitchen. The Illinois-based testing agency assures that the equipment that gets its stamp operates safely. There is also a sanitation classification that offers similar assurances about food safety as the NSF mark. Products are indicated as "Classified UL-EPH."
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

All adjustable legs are provided with sealed precision bearing with a black anti-rust coating.
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.
Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ETC-1826-14PH Commercial Proofer & Heated Holding Cabinet. Stainless steel construction, 18-gauge. Full-size, form-fitting recessed hand grips mounted to each side of the cabinet. Full stainless steel door with commercial edgemount hinges and edgemount door latch(s), Caster configuration (2) two rigid and (2) two swivel w/brake, Delrin® bearings and forged yoke, 10-GA caster plate. (14) slides fixed at 3" spacing for 18"x26" trays/pans. Proofer heat system, shall include two (2) separate long life Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements; separate, adjustable controls shall be provided for each function: One to control the interior air temperature, and one to control the interior air moisture with hydro immersion waterbath. A stainless steel water reservoir shall be removable for ease of cleaning/sanitation. System shall have a Hi-Temp, self-lubricated, impedance protected fan-cooled blower motor for moist air distribution. Controls shall include adjustable air temperature control (to 190°F.), adjustable moisture control (Low to High), 20 amp ON/OFF power switch, operational range thermometer. 1900 watt, 120 volt power. 2 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. UL, C-UL, NYMEA and NSF or UL Sanitation listed.
