Construction & Durability

Constructed with heliarc welded stainless steel, reinforced heavy-gauge channel framing, and stainless steel-lined storage compartments, the OTR-IB Series is built for long-term durability. The insulated lower storage area features enclosed foam insulation to support chilled applications, while commercial-grade casters provide dependable mobility.

EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Caster
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Construction
Magnetic Backboard - Backboard extends roughly 8" at the top of the unit and is magnetic stainless steel for the placement of magnetic signage.

LONG FORM SPEC

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded construction shall consist of welded base frame with 14 gauge formed channels and corner uprights made of heavy gauge 1" square stainless steel tubing reinforcements. Shelves shall be constructed of heavy duty 18 gauge stainless steel.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate shall be secured to 14 gauge stainless steel channel.

UPPER NON-INSULATED STORAGE AREAS. On all models, the top open storage areas are stainless steel lined and sized to hold 12"x 20"x4" pans/bins.

BOTTOM INSULATED STORAGE AREA. On all models, the bottom open storage area is size to hold 12" x 20" x4" pans/bins and is provided with enclosed foam insulation. Storage area shall be 6" deep and stainless steel lined for ice packs or cold plates.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
