FWE is heading to the SNA Annual National Conference 2026 in Charlotte, July 12–14, with a lineup built specifically around the demands of K-12 school nutrition operations. From moisture holding and rethermalization to heated transport and cafeteria serving line solutions, the equipment on display covers the range of challenges that school nutrition professionals navigate every day — high-volume service windows, limited staff, food quality expectations, and the need to keep students moving through the line efficiently.
Stop by Booth 2842, where FWE will be sharing the floor with American Range, Hatco, and Ovention. Having all of the companies under the Hatco umbrella at the same booth means you can see a full range of complementary foodservice equipment in a single stop so there is no need to hunt down four different booths across the show floor. Each company will have representatives at the booth to walk through specific equipment configurations, discuss your operation’s holding and transport challenges, and help you identify the right solutions for your cafeteria and kitchen.
FWE’s Clymate IQ® PHTT-1826 Series is a slim-profile moisture holding cabinet designed to fit into tighter spaces without sacrificing precision heat and humidity control. The series features FWE’s Clymate IQ® technology, which provides computer-backed temperature and humidity management with a unique push/pull air distribution system — maintaining the ideal holding environment with minimal operator input.
Every menu item holds a little differently, and the PHTT-1826’s Clymate IQ® heating system makes it easy to dial in the exact environment each one needs. With independent control over both temperature (90°F to 200°F / 32°C to 93°C) and humidity (0% to 90% RH), staff can hold everything from crisp-textured items to moisture-sensitive entrées that need a gentler touch.
The PHTT-1826-6PS-RND we’ll be featuring at SNA ANC this year is equipped with FWE’s new rounded control panel and door design, that is now available on select units to give them a more streamlined look that fits naturally into modern kitchen and cafeteria environments. This unit also features a pass-thru configuration with Lexan flip-up doors on both the front and rear, giving staff quick access from either side, which is especially useful when the cabinet sits between a prep area and a serving line.

FWE’s MTU Series of humidified and heated holding cabinets are designed to hold hot food fresh and ready to serve for longer periods without sacrificing quality. Holding food well means managing both heat and moisture, and the MTU’s Moisture-Temp system handles both with two separate, independently adjustable controls: one for air temperature and one for moisture, set on a simple 1-6 dial. That control is paired with a high-temp blower motor that circulates the moist air evenly throughout the cabinet. This is designed to eliminate hot and cold spots and support consistent food quality across the full capacity of the unit.
Different menus call for different pan and tray formats, and the MTU’s universal tray slides are built to handle that variety. They’re fully adjustable to accommodate 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays, and GN containers, and can be removed entirely for thorough interior cleaning. The 12″ x 20″ humidity pan is just as easy to pull, clean, and replace, an important consideration for school nutrition teams managing daily sanitation requirements.
Representing the MTU Series at the booth is one of our under-counter models, the MTU-4-RND. We’ll be showing the unit equipped with all-swivel casters, making it easy to reposition in tight kitchen layouts, and FWE’s new rounded control panel design, the same streamlined option shown on the PHTT-1826-6PS-RND above it. At the booth, the MTU-4-RND serves as the base of that stacked configuration, with a reinforced top built to support the unit placed on top of it.

FWE’s UHST Series features a top-mounted heat system that eliminates hot and cold spots by circulating hot air evenly throughout the cabinet. By keeping heating components away from spills and messes at the bottom of the unit, this design also means less time spent on cleaning and maintenance, a real time-saver for school nutrition teams running high-volume daily service.
The slim profile of the UHST Series is built for kitchens where floor space is at a premium. Despite its compact footprint, it provides ample capacity for demanding service environments. Versatility matters just as much as size, and the UHST’s tray slides are built to deliver both. These are fully adjustable and removable, accommodating 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays, and GN containers, while also being able to be removed entirely for thorough interior cleaning.
Getting the temperature right shouldn’t be complicated, and the UHST keeps it simple with easy-to-read digital controls and a range of 90–190°F. A built-in low-temperature alarm helps keep food safety front of mind throughout the service window.
The UHST-13 we’ll be featuring at our booth this year is a great example of how capable our equipment is right out of the box. It’s Energy Star certified, helping operations cut energy costs over the life of the unit, while also being available for quick shipment within 48 hours, so schools that need equipment fast aren’t stuck waiting on a build.

FWE’s RH Series of rethermalization cabinets are built to finish pre-cooked foods quickly and evenly without overcooking or dehydrating, a critical capability for school nutrition operations running cook-chill or bulk production programs where food is prepared in advance and finished closer to service time.
Bringing pre-cooked food back up to safe serving temperatures shouldn’t require a major kitchen overhaul, and the RH-4 makes that possible without the need for a costly ventilation hood. Its full cabinet air circulation system drives heat evenly throughout the interior, while stainless steel construction with a welded tubular base frame provides the durability needed for daily use in a busy school kitchen. Fully adjustable universal tray slides round things out, accommodating a wide range of pan and tray formats.
Operating the RH-4 shouldn’t take a learning curve, and electronic controls keep things simple with an easy-to-read digital display, a programmable low-temperature alarm, and a master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light, so staff at any experience level can run it with confidence.
At the booth, the RH-4 is shown with an X-Factor frame, which lets the unit serve as a stable base for additional equipment above it. In this configuration, an American Range MSDE-1 is stacked on top of the RH-4. This is just one example of how our specially designed X-Factor frame can be used to consolidate equipment and free up valuable floor space within smaller kitchens to better utilize vertical spaces.

FWE’s Humi-Temp TS-1633 Series is built for operations that need flexible, high-capacity heated moisture holding for pizza, trays, and boxed products. The patented Humi-Temp system gently circulates hot, moist air throughout the cabinet to promote even heat distribution and help eliminate hot and cold spots to keep product fresh and ready to serve for longer, without sacrificing texture or quality.
The fixed slide design holds up to two 16″–18.5″ pizza boxes or pans per set of slides, while also accommodating 18″ x 26″ trays and shelves. Up-front mechanical controls are easy to read and set, with a full-range thermostat that continuously reads cabinet temperature even without a power source — a useful failsafe in busy school kitchen environments.
The TS-1633-14P that we will have at the booth is equipped with a pass-through configuration, with door access to the interior of the unit from both the front and rear. This option was chosen to show how this unit, and our pass-through configuration option, can serve as a natural handoff point between back-of-house and front-of-house. Where prepared food is loaded from the kitchen side, is easily accessible from the serving side without any extra handling or communication required. We’ve also added the option for an X-Factor frame on this unit, which gives it the extra support needed to stack additional equipment and make better use of vertical space in smaller kitchens. On top of the TS-1633-14P, we’ve placed an Ovention S2000 oven, to demonstrate just how much functionality this configuration can pack into a single footprint.

FWE’s ETC-MC Series is a portable, modular merchandising station designed specifically for school cafeteria speed line applications. Mobile, flexible, and built to match the pace of a busy serving line, these units can be used individually or combined with matching speed line pieces for a complete, cohesive look. This series is designed specifically so any individual unit can be interchanged without replacing the entire system.
The stainless steel work surface and laminate side panels with stainless steel corner trim are built to stand up to the harsh daily demands of a school cafeteria environment. These side panels are easily removable with just two screws, making cleaning straightforward and letting nutrition teams swap colors or rearrange the layout as their serving line needs change. Thirteen laminate styles are available to match school colors or complement an existing cafeteria design.
A cafeteria’s needs can shift from one meal period to the next, and these units are designed to shift right along with it. To support that kind of flexibility, the ETC-MC Series comes equipped with all-swivel locking casters, which let staff quickly rearrange the layout or move a unit aside for thorough cleaning.
The unit that we will have on display at the booth to represent our speedlines is the ETC-3632-31-MC. This unit is shown with the option of an elementary height configuration at 31.5″ to put grab-and-go items at an accessible height for younger students. We’ve also paired this unit with a Hatco GR2SDS-24D stacked on top, demonstrating how the ETC-MC can serve as a base for additional serving line equipment in a compact, vertically efficient setup like many of our other countertop and undercounter sized units.
