Susan, the School Nutrition Director for Oconee County Schools,
met up with us in Atlanta, where she was presented with a
brand new Clymate IQ.

Regional Supervisor, Sarah Bates from
Charleston County School District, was excited
to win the Clymate IQ™ Heated Humidified
Holding Cabinet at ANC 2009.
The staff is very happy with the Clymate IQ $trade;
and they use the unit for all hot food holding
during service. Sarah Bates, Regional
Supervisor, describes the quality of the
product as held perfectly in the unit as it is
very consistent which is important for this
clientele. Ms. Linda Jackson, Kitchen
Manager, states “the kids are very picky
about what they eat”. If it does not look good
or taste good, there is not a chance they will
touch it. The ability to control the humidity
and temperature so precisely allows the
ability to hold for long periods of time
and still have the quality level
demanded by the students.

Bill Aleksandrian of The Fischer Group was
proud to present San Marcos Middle School
as the winners of an FWE RH-18 HO drawing
at the CSNA Show 2009.
They are very pleased with the control,
stating it’s the easiest to set and use of any
they have seen.
FWE is proud be apart of the San Marcos
School Lunch Team: Olivia Avila, Sandra
MacFarland, Sandra Hartley-Giddens,
