Our Final Assembler will:

Build warmers, refrigerators, steam tables, smokers, cook & hold ovens, etc. to specifications
Operate a variety of hand/power/pneumatic tools such as pliers, nut drivers, drills, grinders, rivet guns, spot welders, etc.
Build/install subassemblies which may include compressors, coils, etc. Inspect units prior to sending them to QC
Enter production time, rework, etc. accurately in Shop floor computer system
Follow company safety polices and safe work practices
Other duties as assigned

Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and basic computer skills required.

Our Welder will be trained to:

Perform all job responsibilities according to FWE’s safety, quality, and productivity standards
Weld frames together using prints/drawings and square and tape measure to ensure accuracy
Weld parts together according to prints/drawings
Spot weld parts or products that have been damaged and/or have holes to be repaired
Use a computer system to generate job stickers to accompany completed work
Inspect the condition of metal on all products before welding to make sure there are no scratches, dents, or major imperfections
Operate and maintain welder on a daily basis
Change gas bottles for Argon & Trimix

Position Summary:

Responsible for prompt and accurate entry of all cash receipts. Process company AR invoices and credit memos. Deduction management and account dispute resolution. Collection of past-due accounts. Perform analysis on the creditworthiness of new accounts, including new account set-up. Review customer accounts to release orders for shipment. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Accounting Manager.

Our Accounts Receivable Specialist will:

Complete invoicing for all orders promptly and send invoices to respective customers—processing of credit memos.
Prepare and post cash receipts for Food Warming Equipment, which include ACH’s, wires, credit card payments, and checks utilizing relevant system platforms. Communicate as needed with our bank to resolve discrepancies with respect to deposits received.
Charge/Refund customer credit card payments.
Review customer credit prior to shipment of orders.
Collection of past-due accounts. Deduction management and collection of said owed deductions. Account dispute resolution, this will require extensive communication with sales, customer service, service, shipping, accounting, and external FWE customers.
Setup of both domestic and international customer accounts that includes gathering required documents and review of creditworthiness based on specified criteria and consulting with Management when necessary.
Ensure customer rebate programs credit memos are issued and reported in accordance with contracts established with our customers.
Assist with freight invoice corrections and freight claims.
Perform any additional duties, tasks or projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Maintenance Specialist

$28 – $32 an Hour | Hiring Immediately | 1st Shift | 3 Years CNC Maintenance Experience Preferred

If you are hired, you will:

Run power for equipment installation/relocation, including wiring transformers, panels, running conduit, etc.
Repair and maintain various equipment/coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance on equipment such as CNC press brakes, lasers, compressors, saws, welders, shear, wire machine, deburr machine, etc.
Plan, schedule, and conduct preventive maintenance on machinery/equipment
Order parts required for maintenance of machinery/equipment
Be available to perform scheduled maintenance outside of scheduled production time
Be available to work overtime during the week/on weekend/during shutdown as needed for emergency repairs, completing improvement projects, etc.
Facility maintenance as assigned
Ensure compliance with safe work practices and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Strong commercial electrician background required.
3 years hands-on experience maintaining CNC equipment preferred.
Experience repairing/maintaining other equipment such as lasers, waterjet cutter, compressors, saws, welders, shear, wire machine, deburr machine, etc.
Experience with electrical including 110/120/230/480 volt.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical problems.
Ability to weld and fabricate fixtures, etc.
Ability to read wire diagrams and schematics.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as squares, tape measures, level, multi-meter, etc.
Ability to use various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, as well as shop machinery such as welder, plasma cutter, drill press, lathe, etc.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions, both oral and written. Must be detail-oriented, well organized, conscientious, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Knowledge of safety and industrial hygiene to ensure compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalency.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, professionalism and teamwork skills.

The employee is frequently required to reach above shoulders, climb or balance.
The employee occasionally is required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste or smell, use foot/feet to operate machine.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. This employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds. Specific vision requirements for this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
