HHS Series - Heated Holding Shelves
Reliable, space-saving holding for takeout containers, catering boxes, and ready-to-eat meals-ideal for kitchen staging areas, self-service displays, and point-of-sale pickup locations.
Key Features:
- Consistent Radiant Heat: Blanket-style heating elements deliver precise, even radiant heat across each shelf-eliminating hot and cold spots while maintaining serving temperatures between 90°F-190°F (32°C-88°C).
- Fast Heat-Up & Preset Controls: Reaches 175°F (79.5°C) in under 15 minutes and comes pre-programmed to ideal to-go temperatures. Hidden electronic controls allow operators to easily adjust and save their preferred settings.
- Flexible Configurations & Sizes: Available in 1- to 5-shelf configurations, with optional custom shelf sizing and spacing to suit various container heights. Individual shelf temperature control is also available (option [IC]).
- Durable Stainless Steel Construction: Fully welded stainless steel cabinet with rear hold-down brackets and adjustable legs for secure, level placement. Open design offers quick access while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

HHS-27-3621-ST - Slanted Three Shelf Heated Merchandiser
HHS-27-3621-ST is a slanted heated shelf merchandiser that comes standard with three blanket-heated slanted shelves and a non-heated top shelf for staging. Includes adjustable 1" divider system and rear-mounted thermostat with manager lock-out. Plug-and-play 120 V operation with 2.5" adjustable legs. Optional accessories include individual shelf power switches, LED lighting, graphic wrap, powder coating, heated top, and custom sizing.
