DESCRIPTION

Key Features:

- Individual cubbies separate orders for easy identification

- Pass-thru operation for easy loading and unloading of orders from either the food production or customer facing side

- Blanket elements deliver precise and consistent radiant heat, eliminating hot and cold spots. Gentle radiant heat system works well with almost any to-go packaging

- Clear pick-up location eases in-store customer traffic and prevents bottlenecks

- No costly software or contracts. Simple, streamlined design means you never get "locked out" of your orders, and no smartphones required!

- Adjustable Legs for proper placement on uneven flooring. Available with flanged feet

- Flexible design allows for custom sizing to suit your operation's available space, packaging, and numbering
system. Freestanding, countertop, and wall-mount options are also available to make the best use of your space

- Concealed, adjustable thermostat controller is secured in side the unit behind a removable panel for consistent operation without staff intervention

Take your Cubbies to the next level:

- Powder-coating option is available in a variety of colors to customize the look and elevate your design. (Covers side walls and top of unit.)

- Optional see-thru Lexan doors available for simplified cubby labeling

Adjustable Legs - FWE offers a wide variety of adjustable legs for when casters are not an option. 4" and 6" adjustable legs are available on almost all of FWE's equipment.

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. HHS-414-1818-8C, Heated Holding Shelves.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 18 gauge inside, corners, and dividers, 20 gauge shelves and removable side panels.

INSULATION. High density fiberglass insulation throughout each shelf.

LEGS. Each leg shall have a reinforced 10 gauge mounting plate welded to base of unit.

HEATING SYSTEM/CONTROLS. Radiant heat system shall include a blanket heating element system. Controls shall include a master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light. Adjustable temperature range from 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C). Standard factory preset to 175°F (79.5°C).

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded tri-directional power cord and plug, rear mounted for safety. See electrical data chart above for amperage, receptacle configuration and dedicated circuit information.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
