HHS-IR-2-1220-4 - Infrared Heated Holding Shelf (2-Shelf, Double Pan)

Longwave infrared elements preserve the crispness and moisture of fried and coated foods, while the all-stainless construction and fanless, low-maintenance design provide long-term durability. Heat System
HHS Infrared Heat System - This heat system uses longwave infrared elements to maximize the hold times of crispy, fried, and wrapped foods such as fried chicken, french fries, onion rings, etc. The long-wave infrared elements are positioned to keep the product within the ideal range to keep the outside coating crisp while maintaining the internal temperature and moisture of the items.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. HHS-IR-2-1220-4, Infrared Heated Holding Shelves.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 22 gauge shelves, 20 gauge stainless steel polished exterior wall.

INSULATION. Insulated throughout: top, bottom, sides using high density ceramic and fiberglass insulation.

LEGS. Each leg shall be attached to a formed base with rivnuts.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded power cord and plug, rear mounted for safety. See electrical data chart above for amperage, receptacle configuration and dedicated circuit information.

HEATING SYSTEM/CONTROLS. Heat system shall include longwave infrared elements above each shelf. Controls shall include a dial knob for heat adjustment and a master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
