These durable, easy-to-clean heated shelves use infrared technology to extend product hold times without sacrificing texture, making them the ideal solution for batch cooking and rush-period staging.

HHS-IR-3-1220-6 Model Description
Our largest model of infrared heated holding shelves. The HHS-IR3-1220-3 has three shelves, each shelf capable of holding two full-size (12x20, GN1/1), or four half-size (12x10, GN1/2) hotel pans. This model comes equipped with six infrared heating elements, two per shelf, to evenly distribute and maintain a food's "just-cooked" quality for up to one hour.
