HMC-1220-1-FD - Heated Fry Dump Station
The HMC-1220-1-FD is a compact, single-pan fry dump station designed to keep fried foods at optimal serving temperature and texture. This model supports one standard 12" x 20" x 4" pan, making it ideal for lower-volume applications or space-constrained setups. A single ceramic longwave infrared element provides gentle, even heat across the pan area, while the included elevated pan insert and removable divider allow for separation of different fried products. Additional features include a side-mounted ON/OFF switch with indicator light, a field-reversible side heat shield for cleanliness and heat containment, and a top-mounted shelf for convenient access to bags, condiments, or service supplies.
