ITT-96-132 - Insulated Tray Transport Cart (96-132 Tray Capacity)
The ITT-96-132 is the high-capacity model in the ITT series, holding between 96 and 132 insulated trays. This taller unit features four heavy-duty, adjustable straps to secure taller tray stacks during transport. Like the smaller model, it includes a welded stainless steel frame, fixed shelves, and reinforced caster mounts, but its increased height makes it ideal for operations requiring maximum tray volume. Its rugged construction and open-sided design streamline loading, transport, and cleaning in high-volume foodservice settings.

NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

Bumpers
Top Corner Bumpers - Top corner bumpers are a good option for those customers not needing the protection of a full bumper, but still require protection for walls and surrounding equipment.
Caster
Master Caster - The Master caster is the best all-around caster for FWE products. Having the highest load bearing weight the Master Caster can handle any piece of FWE product. With easy maneuverability and silent rolling, the Master Caster will not stop when there is a small obstruction or uneven terrain. The Master Caster is also resistant to corrosion from chemicals, water, and steam.
Cart Wash Quiet Caster - These casters are designed for cart wash applications. Better on brick, concrete, tile, asphalt and wood.
The delrin bearing provides corrosion resistance to chemicals, water and steam. They are a smooth and quiet rolling caster on hard and uneven surfaces.

Available in 5", 6" and 8" diameters.
Mutli-Terrain Quiet Ride Caster - These all terrain sturdy cushion round tread casters are best for concrete, tile and asphalt locations.
Considered to be the best choice for the most demanding operations and satellite applications. These caster combine the cushioned ride of a full pneumatic with the easier roll of a hard tread.

Available in 6" and 8" diameters.
Semi-Pneumatic Caster - Semi-Pneumatic caster are made of hard rubber with a hollow core. These caster are best suited for carpeted areas.
A semi-pneumatic casters has no inner tube, so the ride is not as "cushioned" as a full pneumatic caster.

6 Caster Configuration - 6 caster configuration increases the cabinets maneuverability, ideal for larger cabinets
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ITT-96-132, Stacking Prisoner Tray Transport.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded single unit construction of stainless steel. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1.5" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 12 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plates at corners. Uprights shall be 1.5" x 1.5" x 10 gauge stainless steel.

CASTERS. 8" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded-in-place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

SHELVES. Shelves shall be heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel, die-formed. Underside of each shelf shall be reinforced with extra heavy-gauge, 1.5" x 1.5" stainless steel tubing, welded to 10-gauge stainless steel corner angles. Each shelf shall be capable of carrying up to 200 lbs. of distributed load. Top shelf is flanged up. Bottom shelf is flanged down.

STRAPS. Straps shall be of polyester webbing and shall be washable. Strap length is adjustable. Durable harness buckle-type strap connector.

SHELVES. Shelves shall be heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel, die-formed, and welded to 12 gauge stainless steel corner angles. Each shelf shall be capable of carrying up to 200 lbs. of distributed load. Top shelf is flanged up. Bottom shelf is flanged down.

HANDLES. Unit shall be provided with one (1) heavy-duty, stainless steel push handle, welded in place.
