OTR-16-MSWT - Mobile Machine Stand with Wing Table (16 Tray Capacity + Wing Table Support)
The OTR-16-MSWT offers the same sturdy design as the OTR-16-MS, with added wing table channels for suspending 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays along the sides. This expanded workspace provides greater efficiency for food prep and staging, making it an ideal solution for busy kitchens requiring extra surface area and flexible storage.

NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

5" Casters - 5" Heavy-duty casters - polyurethane casters are long lasting and used for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded
EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

Available in 5", 6" and 8" diameters.
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Slides and Shelves
Fixed Slides for 18x26 Trays - Fixed slides accommodate 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays. Unique pan slide racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. OTR-16-MSWT, Mobile Machine Stand.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded construction of stainless steel. Top and bottom shelf shall be heavy-duty 16 gauge polished stainless steel, die-formed. Uprights shall be 12 gauge stainless steel.

CASTERS. 5" heavy-duty all-swivel polyurethane casters with simultaneous swivel and wheel locks, holding the unit stationary. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke welded to 10 gauge caster mounting plate. Caster mounting plate shall be secured to heavy duty caster support channels with bolts. Legs are available as an optional accessory.

TRAY RACK ASSEMBLY. Unitized tray rack assembly shall be heavy gauge stainless steel, channels fixed in place at 1.5" spacings. Assemblies are designed to accommodate one (1) 18" x 26" tray. Removable stainless steel uprights shall easily lift off heavy-duty stainless steel supports without the use of tools.

PITCHED DRAIN. Cabinet shall have a pitched center drain to facilitate thorough cleaning of interior.

MACHINE STAND WITH WING TABLE. Two (2) stainless steel channels are attached to work surface, one on each side, each accommodating a 18" x 26" (and other varying sizes) sheet tray for added work surface and convenience. Trays are suspended in "winged-style" fashion, supported by its rolled-lip edge.
