Fabricated from high tensile extruded aluminum, the "OTR Rack Series" hold up to the demands in hotels, motels, restaurants, hospitals, bakeries . . . and rugged enough for even correctional facilities.

They're heavy-duty, yet light weight and easy to maneuver, even when fully loaded with roasting pans, steam table pans, sheet trays, or oval tray sheet pans. The extruded aluminum runners are double welded for extra strength.

The OTR-1826-05-12 pan rack is easy to clean and can be completely sanitized, washed, or steam cleaned while remaining rust resistant.

Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

5" Casters - 5" Heavy-duty casters - polyurethane casters are long lasting and used for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded
EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

Fixed Slides for 18x26 Trays - Fixed slides accommodate 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays. Unique pan slide racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. OTR-1826-05-12, Aluminum Racks.

CONSTRUCTION. Heavy-duty extruded type 6063 aluminum alloy. All uprights and runners are fully welded.

CASTERS. 5 inch heavy-duty, easy rolling, polyurethane tire casters with 1.5" wheel.

TRAY GUIDES. Fixed rack tray slides are welded to the uprights. Spacings and ledge size vary in dimensions for intent of purpose and are indicated on the specification page chart.
