PHTT-DR Series | Precise Humidity Temperature Technology Drawer Warmers
FWE's PHTT-DR Series delivers precision heated moisture holding in a compact, drawer-style format. Designed for 12" x 20" pans up to 6" deep, these units eliminate guesswork by providing independent temperature and humidity control for consistent, professional results. Powered by patented Clymate IQ® technology, PHTT drawers maintain food quality, texture, and freshness even during demanding service periods.

These drawer units are ideal for center-of-the-plate proteins, fried foods, and delicate menu items that require precise environmental control in a space-efficient footprint.

1. Precise Climate Control: Independent controls allow operators to set temperature from 90°F-200°F (32°C-93°C) and humidity from 0%-90% RH (Crisp to Moist) to match specific menu requirements.

3. 12" x 20" Pan Compatibility: Accommodates full and fractional 12" x 20" pans up to 6" deep. Drawers and slides are removable without tools for easy cleaning and flexible configuration.

4. User-Friendly Controls: Easy-to-read, color-coded controls are recessed for protection and include power switch, humidity cycle light, thermostat cycling light, and built-in low temperature indicator with optional audible alarm.

5. Durable Construction: Fully welded stainless steel interior and exterior with full insulation throughout ensures long-lasting performance in demanding commercial environments.

6. Flexible Installation: Rear-mounted tri-directional power cord pocket provides convenient plug placement and installation versatility.

Agency Approvals
UL - The UL mark, which now serves customers in more than 100 countries, has become the authority on product safety. Its engineers test for things like soundness of design, safety of electrical components, and structural integrity of products for which UL listing is sought.
If you think of NSF International classification as protection for your customers, then the mark of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) indicates safety for those who work in your commercial kitchen. The Illinois-based testing agency assures that the equipment that gets its stamp operates safely. There is also a sanitation classification that offers similar assurances about food safety as the NSF mark. Products are indicated as "Classified UL-EPH."
CUL - C-UL mark indicates a product meets the CSA testing standards for Canada.
C-UL-US mark indicates a product meets the UL and CSA testing standards for both the United States and Canada.
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. PHTT-1DR-6SL, Precise Humidity Temperature Technology.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 20 gauge polished exterior, 22 gauge stainless steel interior.

INSULATION. "Ultra-Guard" UG-26 high density fiberglass insulation throughout; top, back, bottom, sides and drawer(s).

DRAWERS AND LATCHES. Flush mounted, stainless steel, insulated drawers shall be vented. Each drawer shall be equipped with a horizontal workflow handle. High temperature gasket sealed; gasket shall be drawer mounted. Drawers and slides removable without tools for easy cleaning.

LEGS. Each leg shall have a reinforced mounting plate bolted to base of unit.

PHTT SYSTEM/CONTROLS. Built in humidified holding system shall include two (2) separate long life Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements per cavity to provide separate, adjustable, precise temperature from 90°F to 200°F (32°C to 93°C) and maintain food texture with settings from 0 to 90% RH (Crisp to Moist). Patented Precise Humidity Temperature Technology controls shall be provided for each function: one to control the interior air temperature, and one to control the interior air moisture. Stainless steel water reservoir with handle. Built-in drip trough. System shall have circulating fan to assist heat recovery/moist air distribution. Controls shall be up-front, recessed for safety. ON/OFF power switch, humidity cycle light and thermostat cycling light shall also be included.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded tri-directional power cord and plug, rear mounted for safety. See electrical data chart above for amperage and receptacle configuration. Dedicated circuit.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
