The FWE UC-AL and UCU-AL Series Heavy-Duty Aluminum Utility Carts are designed to provide dependable transport, storage, and material handling for foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional environments. Engineered with all-welded aluminum construction and heavy-duty mobility features, these carts deliver an economical and durable solution for transporting supplies, trays, equipment, and bulk items throughout a facility.

Built for demanding transport applications, the UC-AL and UCU-AL Series feature rugged aluminum shelves, large polyurethane casters, and a reinforced welded frame for dependable maneuverability and load capacity. Available in multiple shelf configurations, these utility carts can be ordered with shelf edges flanged down (UC models) or with three sides flanged up (UCU models) to better secure transported items.

These sturdy aluminum utility carts provide an economical solution for your transport and storage needs. Originally designed for the setting-up and bussing of banquets, the UCU-60-609AL is also ideal for general transportation of heavy loads or extra shelf space.

The Aluminum Queen Mary cart is fabricated from high tensile extruded aluminum and .090 aluminum sheet. Mounted on NSF approved 8" x 2" polyurethane casters, the overall capacity for this cart is 2000 lbs.!

Five and six shelf models are standard, as is a full wrap around perimeter bumper. FWE...the "Choice of the Professionals."

Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.
Bumpers
Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. UCU-60-609AL, Heavy-Duty Aluminum Utility Carts.

CONSTRUCTION. Shelves shall be constructed of .090 thick aluminum sheet, choice of shelf flange of three (3) shelf edges up or three (3) shelf edges down.

CASTERS. 8" polyurethane tire extra wide casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid, and two (2) swivel with brake. Shall be bolted to heavy-duty stress plate that is welded to the tubular frame.

HANDLE. Unit shall be provided with one (1) aluminum tubing welded to unit.

BUMPER. Full wraparound aluminum channel, bolted to frame, with snap-in, non-marking replaceable vinyl cushion.

SHELVES. Shelves shall be heavy-duty .090 thick aluminum sheet with shelf flange of three (3) shelf edges up
