"BT" Series Description
FWE's BT Series Top mount Heat Banquet Cabinets are built to handle your most challenging events. Whether it's on-site or off, these units are sure to keep your cooked meals hot, fresh, and ready to serve.
Our banquet cabinets are constructed for high-performance restaurants and resort banquet operations. These units are built on a stainless steel, tubular base frame that is specially engineered to absorb vibration and shock during transport. They are also fully insulated on all four sides to ensure that heat loss is mitigated as much as possible.
Top Mount heating system eliminates hot and cold spots by gently circulating hot air throughout the interior of the cabinet. Elements and blower are protected from any spillage and leaves the bottom of the cabinet open for easy cleaning reducing maintenance and cleaning costs
Our easy to read, simple to set controls are eye-level and recessed-protected to maximize durability. These controls include a full range (90°F - 190°F/30°C - 85°C) thermostat enabling users to set exact temperatures instead of a dial with arbitrary levels from 1-10 like many other manufacturers.
A-series banquet cabinets have reinforced, heavy-duty "no sag" shelves. These facilitate holding multiple layers of plated foods stacked on top of each other per shelf, without worry. These shelves are easily removable to make cleaning of these units quick and simple.
Easily move and place these units anywhere! Push/pull handles come standard to allow for easy maneuvering of this unit to wherever it is needed. All units also come with a tri-directional AC cord pocket, allowing for flexible plug placement without worry.

-User-friendly electronic controls allow users to easily read and set temperature from 90°-190°F (32°C-88°C).
-Built-in low temperature alarm comes standard to prevent creation of food waste.
-Heavy Duty "no sag" shelves are easily removable to facilitate thorough cleaning of the interior of the unit.
-Dutch doors to prevent unnecessary heat loss when loading and unloading the cabinet.
-FWE's Top Mount Heat System eliminates hot and cold spots by gently circulating hot air throughout the interior of the cabinet.
