The FWE ETC-1826 Series Enclosed Transport Cabinets are designed to store and transport trays and food products while helping operators maintain organization and efficiency in mobile foodservice environments. Construction & Durability

Constructed with heliarc welded stainless steel and a heavy-duty tubular welded base frame, the ETC-1826 Series is built to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use. Features such as reinforced caster mounting plates, stainless steel fixed rack assemblies, and coved interior corners provide long-lasting durability, easy cleaning, and dependable performance.

ETC-1826-7 - Non-Insulated Enclosed Transport Cabinet (7 Tray Capacity)
The ETC-1826-7 is a compact, durable transport cabinet, designed to securely hold and transport up to 7 trays or sheet pans (18" x 26" or 14" x 18"). Its stainless steel, fully welded construction provides long-lasting durability, while the full-perimeter bumper and ergonomic push handles ensure safe and smooth maneuverability. Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

Fixed Slides for 18x26 Trays - Fixed slides accommodate 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays. Unique pan slide racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

Bumpers
Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.
Top Corner Bumpers - Top corner bumpers are a good option for those customers not needing the protection of a full bumper, but still require protection for walls and surrounding equipment.
Caster
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Handles
Push Pull Handles - Push/pull handles allow for easy maneuvering. Handles are secured to the unit with reinforced backing plate. Ergonomically designed to be easy on the hands

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ETC-1826-7, Enclosed Transport Cabinets.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of 18 gauge stainless steel. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing plates at corners and fittings.

DOORS AND LATCHES. Flush mounted, stainless steel insulated doors. High temperature gasket sealed; gasket shall be cabinet mounted. Each door shall have two (2) heavy-duty edgemount die cast hinges. Door latch shall be edgemounted, full grip, and positive closing. The hinge and latch mountings are reinforced with stainless steel backing plates.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. ETC-1826-30 shall have a caster configuration of two (2) rigid, four (4) swivel with brake. ETC-1826-7 shall have a caster configuration of four (4) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

HANDLES. Heavy-duty, 1 diameter tubular stainless steel push bar handles mounted at each end of the unit. ETC-1826-7 model shall have recessed handles.

FIXED RACK. Removable pair of one piece stainless steel racks with fixed spacingof 3" between pan slides. Each pan slide accommodates one (1) 18" x 26" or two (2) 14" x 18". One piece rack is easy to remove without the use of tools for cleaning

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
