PST Series - Heated Banquet Transport & Serve Cabinets
Reliable, Space-Saving, and Built for High-Demand Transport Applications

1. Slim Profile for Tight Spaces
The PST Series is designed with a narrow footprint, making it ideal for banquet halls, catering kitchens, and foodservice operations where space is limited but high-volume meal storage is essential. Despite its compact size, it provides ample storage capacity, ensuring that meals are kept at serving temperature without taking up unnecessary floor space. This design is particularly beneficial for venues with narrow doorways, crowded prep areas, or mobile service needs.

2. Top-Mounted Heating System for Consistent Performance
Equipped with FWE's Top Mount Heat System, the PST Series delivers even and consistent heat distribution throughout the cabinet. By circulating forced-air heat, this system eliminates hot and cold spots, ensuring that every tray and pan is held at an optimal serving temperature. The top-mounted design also keeps heating components away from food debris and spills, reducing the risk of damage and making maintenance easier.

3. Versatile Pan and Tray Accommodation
Designed for flexibility in meal storage, the PST Series accommodates a variety of tray and pan configurations, including shallow and deep 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 13" trays, and GN 1/1 containers. The stainless steel pan slides are built for durability, featuring relieved front edges for smooth loading and removable racks for effortless cleaning and reconfiguration.

The bright digital display provides real-time cabinet temperature readings, while a low-temperature alarm ensures that meals remain at safe serving conditions, even during transport or extended holding.

PST-32 - Heated Banquet Transport & Serve Cabinet (32 Pan Capacity)
The PST-32 offers increased capacity for high-volume foodservice operations, holding 32 pans while ensuring uniform heat circulation. Built for reliable transport and durability, it features heavy-duty stainless steel construction and FWE's Top Mount Heat System for consistent food quality. The PST-32's narrow footprint allows for maximum storage in limited spaces, making it an excellent fit for large-scale catering and banquet service.

Agency Approvals
UKCA - The UKCA mark is mandatory for products sold in the European Economic Area. It indicates the product conforms with certain manufacturing and design safety requirements. UKCA certified equipment has undergone testing to ensure safety, health, and environmental standards.
CE - The CE mark is mandatory for products sold in the European Economic Area. It indicates the product conforms with certain manufacturing and design safety requirements. CE is similar to UL except it's more of a declaration by the manufacturer that the product meets the relevant rules, rather than being the mark of independent testing.
CUL - C-UL mark indicates a product meets the CSA testing standards for Canada.
C-UL-US mark indicates a product meets the UL and CSA testing standards for both the United States and Canada.
UL - The UL mark, which now serves customers in more than 100 countries, has become the authority on product safety. Its engineers test for things like soundness of design, safety of electrical components, and structural integrity of products for which UL listing is sought.
If you think of NSF International classification as protection for your customers, then the mark of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) indicates safety for those who work in your commercial kitchen. The Illinois-based testing agency assures that the equipment that gets its stamp operates safely. There is also a sanitation classification that offers similar assurances about food safety as the NSF mark. Products are indicated as "Classified UL-EPH."
UL EPH - UL EPH recognizes products certified to meet environmental and public health standards. The UL EPH logo shows the word "Classified" above the UL mark, which indicates that the product complies with ANSI/NSF standards, in addition to other applicable codes.
Bumpers
Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

5" Casters - 5" Heavy-duty casters - polyurethane casters are long lasting and used for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded
EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

Caster
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. PST-32:

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 20 gauge polished exterior, 22 gauge stainless steel interior with easy-to-clean coved corners.

INSULATION. Insulated throughout; top, back, bottom, sides, doors using high density ceramic and fiberglass insulation.

HANDLES. Heavy-duty, solid formed 1" x .375" thick; mounted at each end of unit. Mountings reinforced with stainless steel channel.

BUMPER. Solid 1.5" wide continuous wraparound aluminum channel, bolted to frame, with snap-in, non-marking vinyl cushion. Full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors, handles, etc., for added protection. Shall be continuous, with corner cut-outs to facilitate cleaning.

DOORS AND LATCHES. Flush mounted, field reversible, stainless steel insulated door. High temperature gasket sealed; gasket shall be cabinet mounted. Full-size doors shall have two (2) heavy-duty edgemount die cast hinges. Magnetic door latch shall be edgemounted, full grip, and positive closing. The hinge and latch mountings are reinforced with stainless steel backing plates.

CASTERS. Polyurethane tire casters with Zerk grease (lubrication) fittings in a configuration of two (2) rigid and four (4) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke welded to 10 gauge caster mounting plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

TRAY SLIDES. Stainless steel racks shall be one piece die stamped channel-type pan slides at 2.625" (66.7mm) spacings to accommodate either deep or shallow 12" x 20" or GN 1/1 pans (at varying capacities - see chart). Racks are removable without tools for cleaning.

HEATING SYSTEM / CONTROLS. Top mounted, forced air blower system shall include Hi-Temp, self-lubricated, impedance protected, fan-cooled blower motor to distribute heat equally throughout cabinet interior with distribution tunnels shall be vented for balanced air circulation. Electronic controls shall include an easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light. Adjustable temperature range from 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C).

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded tri-directional power cord and plug, rear mounted for safety. See electrical data chart above for amperage and receptacle configuration. See electrical chart for models that require a dedicated circuit.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
