FWE BBC Series Mobile Bars

The FWE BBC Series Mobile Bars are designed to provide portable post-mix and bag-in-box beverage service while helping operators maximize beverage sales and streamline service. Engineered for catering, hospitality, banquet, and event applications, this solution combines an integrated cold plate beverage dispensing system with rugged mobile construction to improve beverage quality, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

Construction & Durability

Constructed with heliarc welded stainless steel and a heavy-duty tubular welded base frame, the BBC Series is built to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use. Features such as reinforced stainless steel caster plates, coved stainless steel work surfaces, and a stainless steel-lined storage compartment provide long-lasting durability, easy cleaning, and dependable performance.

Locking Doors for Storage Area - Lockable doors prevents unauthorized access to storage areas for safety and security.
Stainless Steel Bar Gutters - Bar gutters conveniently store accidental spillage for easy cleaning.
Post-Mix Dispensing Equipment - POST-MIX SYSTEM mixes the water, carbonation, and syrup at the point of dispensing. The water from 5 gallon tanks passes through the carbonator, creating soda water. This soda water is then mixed with the concentrate syrup from 5 gallon syrup tanks. Dispensing equipment is provided by FWE only when ordered as an optional accessory.

Double-Hung Speed Rail
Water Heater with Adjustable Thermostat - Electric water heater with adjustable thermostat provides a temperature range of 65°-145°F (19°-62°C) and heats up to 2.7 gallons of water. Glass insulated tank for thermal efficiency and fast recovery.
Locking Bottle Speed Rail - Lockable 5" deep removable speed rail keeps bottles readily available for quick service.
Protective Storage Cover - Our custom protective storage covers are meticulously crafted to seamlessly fit our bars, ensuring a snug and tailored appearance. Fabricated from durable 20 mil clear vinyl, these covers offer exceptional clarity and protection, safeguarding the integrity of your bars while allowing their aesthetic appeal to shine through. Designed with precision and quality in mind, our covers provide a reliable solution for preserving and enhancing the presentation of your bar assets.
Bar Top Custom - Custom laminates tops are available to enhance or match existing colors.
Bag-in-Box Dispensing Equipment - BAG-IN-BOX SYSTEM handles the soft drink just like the POST-MIX system, but the syrup is provided in 12'' square boxes instead of 5 gallon cylinder shaped tanks. The same equipment lines, gun, and carbonator are required as in other systems, plus an additional pump per flavor. Less storage space is required and each box is discarded after use. Dispensing equipment is provided by FWE only when ordered as an optional accessory.

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ES-BBC-5, Mobile Bars.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction shall consist of welded stainless steel base frame of heavy gauge 1" square stainless steel tubing with extra 10 gauge stainless steel caster corner plate reinforcements. Full length, heavy gauge stainless steel angles reinforce front corners of body on inside with high impact edging on outside corners. Work surface shall be constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel. Interior of body shall be lined with 22 gauge stainless steel, bonded to cabinet walls and bottom storage area. Seams shall overlap for greater durability and moisture resistance. Work and splash areas shall be polished stainless steel with easy-to-clean coved corners. Front edge shall have raised marine nosing to contain spills. Black laminate top with bull-nose rounded corners.

FINISH MATERIALS & TOP.
ES-BBC Series: Classic raised solid maple wood panels. All wood surfaces finished with polymer coating to deter scratching and gouging. Constructed with reinforced joints for additional strength and durability. Black solid surface top.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular base frame.

STORAGE AREA. On all models, the bottom storage area shall be stainless steel lined.

BAR ACCESSORIES. Standard equipment shall include 4.25" deep, heavy gauge stainless steel full length bottle speed rail; removable without tools. Towel ring shall be mounted to working side. Stainless steel condiment holder provided.

INSULATED ICE BIN WITH DRAIN. Ice bin with drain shall be one-piece stainless steel with coved corners: 19.75" x 12.75" x 10.5" deep. Ice bin shall have enclosed foam insulation with drain and line fittings with shut-off drain valve. 6 circuit sealed-in cold plate shall be compatible for use with Bag-in-Box systems. 8 foot models shall have two (2) ice bins with drains and circuits. Ice bin shall have a capacity of 50lbs of ice, and be provided with a stainless steel sliding cover.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
