NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.

EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

5" Casters - 5" Heavy-duty casters - polyurethane casters are long lasting and used for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Vertical Stainless Steel Corner Guards - Vertical stainless steel corner guards help protect laminate from chips in high impact areas.

Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. SIC-200, Mobile Ice Carts.

CONSTRUCTION. IC, ES-IC, and AS-IC models: Heliarc welded, single unit construction shall consist of welded stainless steel base frame of heavy gauge 1" square stainless steel tubing with extra 10 gauge stainless steel caster corner plate reinforcements. SIC model: heavy duty stainless steel support channels with 10 gauge stainless steel caster corner plate reinforcements.

FINISH MATERIALS & TOP.
SIC Series: Shall be stainless steel, heliarc welded; ground and polished. Full length, heavy gauge stainless steel angles reinforce corners of body on inside, with high-impact edging on outside corners.
IC Series: Side panels shall be high-pressure, dual-side counter-balanced laminate .75" thick finish. Laminate selections are available. Full length, heavy gauge stainless steel angles reinforce corners of body on inside, with high impact edging on outside corners.
ES-IC Series: Classic raised solid maple wood panels. All wood surfaces finished with polymer coating to deter scratching and gouging. Constructed with reinforced joints for additional strength and durability.
AS-IC Series: Classic raised solid mahogany wood panels. All wood surfaces finished with polymer coating to deter scratching and gouging. Constructed with reinforced joints for additional strength and durability.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters, all swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
