The FWE TS-1633 Series Humi-Temp Pizza Holding Cabinets are designed to keep pizzas, takeout orders, and prepared foods hot, fresh, and ready to serve for extended periods. Engineered for pizzerias, quick-service restaurants, convenience stores, delivery operations, and foodservice establishments, these cabinets utilize patented humidified heating technology to preserve food quality while maximizing holding capacity.

Product Overview

Built with FWE's patented Humi-Temp system, the TS-1633 Series gently circulates heated, moist air throughout the cabinet to eliminate hot and cold spots while maintaining product freshness. Designed specifically for pizza holding applications, the cabinet accommodates large pizza boxes, pizza pans, trays, and wire shelves, offering flexibility for a variety of menu items and service models.

Construction & Durability

Constructed with heliarc welded stainless steel, reinforced tubular base framing, Ultra-Guard fiberglass insulation, magnetic workflow door handles, and commercial-grade caster systems, the TS-1633 Series is built for demanding commercial foodservice environments. Removable stainless steel rack assemblies simplify cleaning while maintaining long-term durability.

The TS-1633 Series combines patented humidified heating technology, high-capacity pizza storage, flexible rack configurations, and durable stainless steel construction to help operators maintain food quality, improve service speed, and maximize customer satisfaction.

TS-1633-28 is a heated pizza holding cabinet. Standard with 14 pair of fixed slides at 3" spacings, and (2) removable shelves. Adjustable tray slides with traditional upright assembly is available option. Additional shelves are available.

FEATURES

Agency Approvals
CE - The CE mark is mandatory for products sold in the European Economic Area. It indicates the product conforms with certain manufacturing and design safety requirements. CE is similar to UL except it's more of a declaration by the manufacturer that the product meets the relevant rules, rather than being the mark of independent testing.
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.
CUL - C-UL mark indicates a product meets the CSA testing standards for Canada.
C-UL-US mark indicates a product meets the UL and CSA testing standards for both the United States and Canada.
UL - The UL mark, which now serves customers in more than 100 countries, has become the authority on product safety. Its engineers test for things like soundness of design, safety of electrical components, and structural integrity of products for which UL listing is sought.
If you think of NSF International classification as protection for your customers, then the mark of Underwriters Laboratories (UL) indicates safety for those who work in your commercial kitchen. The Illinois-based testing agency assures that the equipment that gets its stamp operates safely. There is also a sanitation classification that offers similar assurances about food safety as the NSF mark. Products are indicated as "Classified UL-EPH."

All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

Adjustable Slides for Pizza Boxes

LONG FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. TS-1633-28, Humidified Pizza Holding Cabinets.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 20 gauge polished exterior, 22 gauge stainless steel interior with easy-to-clean coved corners. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing plates at corners.

INSULATION. "Ultra-Guard" UG-26 high density fiberglass insulation throughout; top, back, bottom, sides, and door(s).

HANDLES. Form grip flush-in-wall hand grips recess mounted on each side of unit.

DOORS AND LATCHES. Flush mounted stainless steel insulated doors. High temperature gasket sealed; gasket shall be cabinet mounted. Each door shall have two (2) heavy-duty edgemount die cast hinges and a magnetic work flow door handle. Work flow handles shall be horizontal on TS-1633-14 and TS-1633-28 models and vertical on TS-1633-30 and TS-1633-36. The hinge mountings are reinforced with stainless steel backing plates.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. TS-1633-14 and TS-1633-28 models have a caster configuration of four (4) swivel with brake. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

TRAY RACK ASSEMBLY. Unitized tray rack assembly shall be heavy gauge stainless steel, channels fixed in place at 3" spacings. Assemblies are designed to accommodate two (2) 16" - 18" Pans or Pizza Boxes, one (1) 18" x 26" Tray, or one (1) 18" x 26" Wire Shelf per pair of tray rack rails. Removable rack assembly shall easily lift off heavy-duty stainless steel supports without the use of tools.

HUMI-TEMP SYSTEM/CONTROLS. Patented built-in "Humi-Temp" system shall include an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element and Hi-Temp, self-lubricated, impedance protected fan-cooled blower motor. Cabinet shall have humidifying chamber and drawer style baffled humidifier pan. Both shall be stainless steel and removable. Controls shall be up-front, recessed and shall include a full range thermostat adjustable to actual temperature. Thermostat shall include temperature scale marked in ten degree increments (F/C) from 90° to 190°F (32° to 88°C). An operational range thermometer, power supply light, thermostat cycling light, and 20 amp ON/OFF switch are also included.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded tri-directional power cord and plug, rear mounted for safety. See electrical data chart above for amperage and receptacle configuration. See electrical chart for models that require a dedicated circuit.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
