FWE manufactures a wide range of equipment designed specifically for pizza operations. At Pizza Expo, we are showcasing a focused lineup of representative models from several major product lines commonly used in pizza kitchens. These units highlight popular configurations and customizable options operators can select when specifying their final equipment solution.
Below is a preview of what will be on display, but seeing the equipment in person offers the best opportunity to evaluate access, layout, footprint, and overall workflow integration. Our team will be on-site to discuss your operational goals and help you determine the right approach, whether you are looking to improve hot holding consistency, increase service speed, enhance merchandising, or solve a specific back-of-house challenge.
FWE’s Humi-Temp TS-1633 Series is engineered to keep pizzas hot, fresh, and ready to serve in high-volume pizza operations. These heated holding cabinets are designed to accommodate a variety of pizza pans and boxed pizzas, as well as 18″ x 26″ trays and shelves. This flexibility allows operators to support multiple menu items and packaging formats within one cabinet.
The TS-1633 Series also accommodates extra-large pizza boxes and supports double-deep holding, enabling operators to stage more orders within the same footprint. The added capacity helps maintain consistent holding temperatures while maximizing space efficiency during peak service periods.
FWE’s patented Humi-Temp heat and humidity system gently circulates hot, moist air throughout the cabinet to promote even heat distribution and help reduce hot and cold spots. The result is more consistent pizza holding performance from top to bottom.
The cabinet features easy-to-read, up-front controls, including a full-range °F/°C thermostat for simple day-to-day operation. The temperature range spans from 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C), providing flexibility for a variety of pizza styles and menu applications.
This model is displayed in a pass-thru configuration, offering door access from both sides to support smoother back-of-house to front-of-house workflow during peak service.

FWE’s Heated Holding Shelves are designed for fast-paced pizza pickup and staging areas, keeping boxed orders warm, visible, and ready for quick handoff during peak service. The open-shelf format supports efficient loading and retrieval, helping teams organize orders clearly and move them quickly when customers arrive.
This style of heated shelf is a practical solution for expediting lines, order-ahead pickup zones, and front counter workflows where speed and temperature consistency are equally important.
Built specifically with pizza service in mind, this unit features 6-inch shelf clearance and 22″ x 24″ shelves. The layout accommodates a variety of pizza box sizes while maintaining easy access and allowing additional room for stacking during high-volume periods.
For reliable holding performance, the HHS Series uses blanket element technology to deliver consistent, even radiant heat across each shelf. This design helps reduce cold spots and maintain product temperature from load-in to pickup.
The booth unit is displayed with a three-sided enclosure to help retain heat while keeping pizzas accessible. It is also equipped with 5-inch EZ Roll casters for smooth repositioning within the kitchen or service area.

FWE’s Proofer & Heater Cabinets combines dough proofing and heated holding in one versatile cabinet, giving pizza operations greater flexibility without adding another piece of equipment. This dual-purpose design allows operators to proof dough or hold hot food within the same footprint, helping maximize space and equipment investment.
A built-in humidity system with separately controlled moisture and heat settings allows you to create high humidity with low heat for dough proofing. The full temperature range of 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C) also supports hot holding applications, making the cabinet suitable for multiple menu needs throughout the day.
Fully adjustable stainless steel tray slides are designed to accommodate 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays, or GN containers. The slides and uprights are removable to allow thorough interior cleaning and easier maintenance.
The PHU-12 is a practical solution for pizza operations that want proofing and hot holding capabilities in one cabinet. It features easy-to-use controls with independent air moisture and air temperature adjustments, allowing operators to fine-tune the environment for consistent dough development or reliable hot food holding.
Constructed with stainless steel and a welded base frame, the PHU-12 includes a fully insulated cabinet and door to support energy-efficient performance and extended holding times. A removable 12″ x 20″ humidity pan supplies water to the heating element for moisture generation, making refilling simple and cleanup quick.
The PHU-12 is ENERGY STAR® certified and accommodates up to: (12) 18″ x 26″ sheet trays or (24) 12″ x 20″ steam table pans

FWE’s Top-Mount Heated Holding Cabinets are built for operations that require dependable hot holding in a slim footprint. The top-mounted heat system gently circulates hot air throughout the cabinet to promote even heat distribution and consistent holding performance.
Because the heating elements and blowers are positioned at the top of the unit, they remain protected from spills, while the open cabinet bottom allows for easier cleaning and reduced maintenance. UHST cabinets also offer versatile tray compatibility, featuring adjustable slides that accommodate 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays, and GN containers.
The UHST-13 delivers high-capacity heated holding in a space-saving design, making it a practical choice for pizza operations that need staging flexibility without sacrificing storage volume. It is well suited for busy service periods where adaptable interior configurations are necessary to support changing menu items, pan sizes, and tray formats.
The cabinet features a simple electronic control that is easy to read and adjust. The temperature range spans from 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C), and a low-temperature alarm provides added operational confidence during peak service.
